Reviews and Ratings
After the refurbishment, my room was top-notch; it looked like we got an upgrade to a suite. The rooms are well-equipped and very functional. The service at the wellness center at 9AM and 10AM was helpful, providing great customer service that made us feel welcomed. The location was great, especially if you are coming in by aircraft. The dining experience was average, and the high breakfast cost of £20 per person felt extortionate given local prices.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially since it's close to Otopeni airport, making it a perfect choice for those with morning flights. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, which I appreciated since I had stayed there earlier in the week. The staff were kind and helpful, but there was an issue with being charged for a breakfast I didn't have. The location is pleasant and easy to reach, although it could use a bit of improvement. The dining experience was great, though a bit expensive compared to other options in Bucharest.
